My Next Chapter in life! <3
I am in two places at once! Colorado, Utah Border! A Walk to Remember moment! Party it up in Monticello!
The border is about 10 min from where we live. So one day we were a little antsy and decided to go be in two places at once!
What are we doing? We are practicing being those construction workers and standing around in the snow.
In actuality are measuring the orchard where we are going to put the trees. Doing it the old fashioned way.
Yes, it is snowing, so Dr. Brooks says “Well it doesn't look like it is going to get any better any time soon. Let’s head back.” We were like “What? No, we are going to keep going.We just got started” So we went on a hike instead to keep warm. Over the 80 acres of land.
No, Dr. Brooks is not lost. He is just trying to figure out where he is ;)
Walking the 80 acre campus. Dr. Brooks has the philosophical finger in the air. Just like all the classical paintings. He is kind of a classical guy. Can you tell he is teaching us something?
Lessons learned so far.
- Plumbing and cleaning out a slow flushing toilet. (yep, I feel right at home,)
- That the power that a virtuous woman has on the world is the most important thing that we can do.
- Having a Liberal Arts Education creates an understanding of the purpose that God has for me as his child.
